I like this one. I am a swimmer too, but haven’t been swimming regularly for years. I have to fight the “must go fast” urge. Lane swimming is really difficult for a semi-A-Type personality. I was also really interested in reading about your places of resistance. I hadn’t thought of them that way. Right now, I am walking each morning first thing. On tomorrow’s walk, I’ll think of my walking as a practice. xoxo
