Reading #5 was reaffirming for me - sometimes we make the choice to let guilt consume us. What would feeling guilt-free be like?!?!

Thanks for the post!

Thank you for all the lovely compliments. I took each one on like the badge of honor they are! I get to be a rockstar AND I kiss ass. LOVE!!!

Rebecca - I'm adding "Stop seeing myself as a bad parent" to my list too.

Thanks everyone, for playing along. It made my morning to read such great lists today.

Great post. Hope you don't mind - I twisted your question a bit - it has been a great day and I needed to show what I am looking forward to!
Thanks for a fun meme.

1. Stop seeing myself as a bad parent

2. Stop saying yes to things simply because I am a stay at home mom, don’t have a real job and should have more time than everyone else

3. Stop eating mindlessly

4. Stop resenting driving my kids to school. I was reading a parenting book where they pointed out the woefully small amount of time we get to spend with our teenagers each week. I get at least 50 minutes every day!

5. Stop being grumpy on Sundays (don’t ask me why this happens, it just does and I HATE it)

6. Stop checking my emails 25 (30? 35?) times a day

7. Stop forgetting to take my vitamins

8. Stop drinking caffeine after 10 AM

Thanks for asking!

Yes, Danielle's great, I love her energy. And I really enjoyed Style Statement which I worked through some time last year - got a lot from it.

Totally agree with your point 3 especially. There's a kind of double-whammy for me - I'm trying to live more simply and I know I don't NEED as much money as I earned during my corporate career, but still, we have to truly value ourselves and what we do.

And Facebook - I need to get to grips with whether to continue at all. All the advice on social media networking says you must be on Facebook, but truth told, I don't really like or enjoy it at all (gasp, shock horror!). Much prefer Twitter.

And on Number 8 - you are fantastic, your warmth and wisdom. If I were forced to cut my blog reading down to 7 blogs (one for each day of the week) yours would be on it.

I can really relate to #1, 5, 7 and 8. Great list. I need to think about this. A really good list to start the year. As to #3, yes, I can see how this would be bothersome.
Not surprising you like sparkling things: you're sparkling as well :-))
Blessings.
