Mutual Support at Magpie Girl

faceatworkbwFresh notebooks, new pencils, a backpack without crumbs in the bottom. Back to School is such a wonderful time for new beginnings.

This school year one of my lessons at Magpie Girl is:  “learn to honor your work.”  This means I’m deciding what work I will offer for free, and choosing what I will offer for a fee. Both offerings will flow out of the shear love I have for my community — and there’s lots of love to flow around. (I ADORE you!)

I’m starting with a baby step: charging for sponsorships on Magpie Girl.

This is a beautiful site with lots of take-away value, inspiration by the post load, and a loads of joy and whimsy. Every day 400+ people stop by, and many of them faithfully return again and again. Magpie Girl readers are looking for like-minded souls to nurture their journey and adorn their world with beauty. You can introduce yourself to them! Just purchase a sponsorship.

I have three above-the-fold  sponsorship spaces available for September at an introductory price of $40 a month, or $110 for three months.  Your pretty logo will appear nice and high on my site, and will welcome new readers and clients to you site. I’m also offering below-the- fold ads for $25 a month.

If you purchase an ad early, you get extra days. It’s as easy as that.

Won’t you consider supporting my site while growing readership and sales at yours? Email me, or just say “I do” in the comments.

Much Warmth,

I am not even kidding…I had no sooner pressed “publish” on this post, when I popped over to Twitter and found my Twitterscope for the day:

“You are driven to shine professionally now. You are often content to work behind the scenes, yet today you enjoy the idea of being on center stage. You are doing a great job and want everyone to know about your superhuman efforts and your accomplishments. It may feel as if a different set of priorities has replaced your old ones. Don’t question your new objectives; just push toward them and see what it feels like. You can always shift back to your previous agenda if you so choose.”

Kismet much?

I can’t wait to meet you, my lovely new sponsors!
