I wonder if they are supposed to capture one thing that isn&#039;t just the usual. 

I think being described as pleasant is great (and I agree) but I think middle-aged is pushing it.  I think the neurologist doesn&#039;t know the definition. According to dictionary.com 

mid·dle-aged   –adjective 
1. being of the age intermediate between youth and old age, roughly between 45 and 65.  

I thought it meant in your 60&#039;s myself : )</description>

I remember when a friend of mine, at around the age of 38, got her name in the local paper because she had (very sadly) discovered a neighbour&#039;s suicide. She was most taken aback to find herself described as a &quot;middle-aged housewife&quot;.</description>
