not bad for 28!
dress is a gorgeous colour on you. Is it vintage?
gorgeous. I love the lipstick.
you look amazing Rachelle…did you get my email back to you about the hair stuff? i sent it, but i hope it went through…nonetheless you are styled to perfection and naturally gorgeous!
Thanks my sweets!
The dress was actually Issac Mizthrai for Target. Just $30!
And it was my first time to brave red lipstick, so thanks for the compliment!
Jen, I did get your hairstyle emails so kisses to you…I took your advice and avoided a dated up do and just wore my hair down.
Paul and I had so much fun being grown ups on the town! (People hardly ever dress formally in Seattle.)
Here’s to playing dress up!
Lovely indeed!! And I adore that lipstick on you – it’s perfect.
I think you look FABU for 38!
I turn 38 in May, I think I’ll steal your idea and wear my favorite red lippie too.
May I ask what color/brand it is?
Super di duper!!!
And the pearls! perfect!
Rachelle, you are lovely lovely lovely, and I have always thought so. I want that lipstick. (What’s the color and where did you get it?)
Not bad? Um, how about incredible for 38?
ENVY.
smoking hawt!!! look at you girl!!!
Wow, you look nowhere near 38. You look far younger than I do at 33! You must be joking about the ‘38′.
Thank you loves…it’s amazing what brazen dig for compliments can do for your ego! :-)
The lipstick was from that chic French boutique, Tar-jay. It’s Loreal 315 True Red and comes in a snazzy gold tube. My advice for wearing red? Brush your lips with a dry toothbrush to knock off any dry skin and to plump ‘em up a bit. Use a lip liner to outline -and- fill in your lips with red, then apply the lipstick on top. It holds the color longer.
Here’s to all things girly!
