I just slip on my old tennis shoes (because they are going to get soaked), let the dogs out and go. Other days when I don't roll out so early I wait until right before dark to go because that is when I'm most likely to see deer. I have to admit I did miss a couple of day due to severe cramping, but, I knew I would be forgiven :) It is really helping me, too. I have felt so much better. Thus, I get out of bed and put on my gym togs. After the kids are deposited for another day of book-learning, I go to the gym, or take my walk etc. When I come home, I get the reward of a hot shower and street clothes, with girl shoes and earrings, too.
