Do Less — a list for the universe

In her fabulous initial Zine, Jen Lemen reminded us that it’s a good plan to write a mondo beyond list for the universe to take care of. Here’s my list of stuff that I need less of, but which someone other than me is going to have to manage.

Rachelle, do you need a hug? If so, wrap your arms up around your shoulders, or wherever needs some loving attention. Close your eyes. Squeeze gently, but intentionally. Think of those you love, and those who love you. A friend in Iowa is one who loves you. Find peace, reassurance, compassion, and comfort in those arms. And just be. The Universe has your back. Mother God is nursing you to health and wholeness. Abba Father holds you in love, honest, pure love. And a candle is lit on your behalf. Be gentle, dear one. –K

Thank you so much for this Karla. I had four or five migraine free days and I got all happy and hopeful. Then PMS hit and the migraines came back and I went a little nuts. The sun is peeking out today, which is helping a lot, and Paul is watching the girls so I can muck about all day in my studio. I never get over how healing it is to WORK!
