I'm a fulltime freelance writer and editor without kids and not a lot of external responsibilities. And I *still* have trouble protecting my writing time. I work hard to meet client and article deadlines, but don't put the same effort into doing "my" projects. This post has me thinking, though. I need a list of tips.
